This brand one bedroom second floor unit located in the Kimball Lodge is the perfect place to enjoy your Island vacation. The unit offers fabulous water views with an eastern exposure overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Living/Dining area is furnished with pull out sofa, dining table and chairs. Breakfast bar seats three, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances give you all the comforts of home. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, dishware, silverware, glassware, cookware and utensils are all provided. Half bath located off living room. Separate bedroom furnished with queen size bed, linens, TV and luxurious bath with Jacuzzi. The unit also has it's own washer and dryer. Unit is non-smoking, and equipped with high-speed internet access.
 7 night minimum stay required November 15-April 30, 3 night minimum required May 1-November 14. Full prepayment is required by check, otherwise, credit card processing fee is added to rental rates.

Cancellation policy is $35.00 processing fee at any time cancellation is made. November 15-April 14 must cancel 30 days prior to arrival to receive full refund, under 30 days prior, one night room and tax is charged. April 15-November 14 must cancel four days prior to arrival, under 4 days prior, one night room and tax is charged.
