ADVANCE DEPOSITS

One night room and tax is required for all hotel room reservations and two nights room/tax is required for all cottages.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out is 11 a.m. You may stay on the property and enjoy the facilities through the rest of the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Room reservations cancelled or modified within five days of your arrival date and cottage reservations cancelled or modified within 30 days of your arrival date will result in full forfeiture of your deposit. A fee of $35.00 applies to all other cancelled reservations. No-shows and early departures will be charged 100% of original total stay amount.

TAXES

There is a 6% Florida Sales Tax and 5% County Tax added to the quoted rates per day.

DRESS CODE FOR DINING ROOM

Casual Island dress is required.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS

All rack rates are double occupancy.
$18 per day per adult, $15 per day per child – December 21 through April 28.
$12 per day per adult, $10 per day per child – April 29 through December 20.

PET POLICY

There are no pets allowed at the Island Inn.

BREAKFAST

Continental Breakfast (hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, pastries, juice, coffee and tea) is complimentary.
