1 nights room and tax is required for all reservations.
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in time is at 3PM and Check out is at 11AM. You may stay on the property and enjoy the facilities through the rest of the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Room reservations cancelled 5 days and cottage reservations cancelled 14 days from your arrival date will result in full forfeiture of your deposit. A fee of $35.00 applies to all cancelled reservations.

TAXES

There is a 6% Florida Sales Tax and 5% County Tax added to the quoted rates per day.

DRESS CODE FOR DINING ROOM

Casual Island dress is required.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS

All rack rates are double occupancy.
$18 per day per adult, $15 per day per child – December 22 through April 24.
$12 per day per adult, $10 per day per child – April 25 through December 21.

PET POLICY

There are no pets allowed at the Island Inn.

BREAKFAST

From April 26 through December 17 Continental Breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, muffin, cereal, juice, milk, coffee, tea and bottled water) is complimentary. From December 18 through April 25 a hot breakfast is complementary.
