Make history with a Meeting!
We are new in the meeting business but not new to hospitality.
The Gulf view dining room is an ideal setting for meetings from mid April to mid November as our restaurant closes during these time periods. Seating capacity is up to 135 people theater style in this open space. (Window shutters afford a pleasant dark out for audiovisual needs. Otherwise, the room offers a beautiful beach view.)
 
High speed internet access is available as well in this beach view venue which is over 3200 square feet. Group menus inclued coffee breaks, lunches, barbecues, wine and cheese receptions with hot and cold appetizer selections plus full dinner buffets. Menus are available upon request.
 Group rates are available upon request and would be at least 10% or more off the rack rate or more; midweek rates would be discounted more depending on number of room nights. Island Inn is ideal for groups of 20-60 people. Any special audiovisual equipment may be rented and delivered to our resort. Your meeting would be one to remember at the Island Inn; where a tradition never sets.
Resort amenities include 550 feet of beach, heated pool, tennis, volleyball, croquet lawn, shuffleboard, huge beachfront lobby with a big screen TV, library, magazines, board games and complimentary internet access.
Group Room Rates starting at $120 per night with Continental Breakfast – midweek rates as low as $99 depending on number of room nights and dates requested
Facility Charges – are to be determined based on number of room nights picked up and weekends are priced slightly higher.

Gulf View Dining Room – 3200 SF – holds up to 135 people
Beachfront Kimball Lobby – 900 SF -holds up to 50 people
– Some tables, wicker chairs and sofas for casual meeting or gathering
Two and Three Bedroom Houses
– offer large living rooms for small break out sessions or hospitality suites
