HOTEL POLICIES
ADVANCE DEPOSITS
 One
night's deposit by check is required for reservations of 7 nights
or less.
Two nights' deposit by check is required for reservations of 8
to 21 nights.
Three nights' deposit by check is required for reservations over
21 nights.
Reservations less than 10 days from arrival must be guaranteed
with a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express
and Discover.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Check in time is at 3PM and Check out is at 11AM. You may stay
on the property and enjoy the facilities through the rest of the
day.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly. We adhere
to a strict policy. A $35.00 processing fee is deducted from all
refunds.
TAXES
There is a 6% Florida Sales Tax and 5% County Tax added to the
quoted rates per day.
DRESS CODE FOR DINING ROOM
Casual dress for breakfast. For evening, gentlemen are required
to wear a collared shirt and dress slacks. For ladies, a dress,
skirt or nice slacks are acceptable. Jeans, shorts and sneakers
are not permitted for evening meals.

ADDITIONAL PERSONS
Winter season extra adult in room $30.00 per day, and extra
child age 1-10 $10.00 per day, when occupying same room as parent.
DINING ROOM
Should you want to dine at the Island Inn, you simply make a
reservation for breakfast, dinner or both. You will be charged
accordingly. Dress code applies.
M.A.P (Modern American Plan)
ADDITIONAL PERSONS
(MAP) extra adult in room $80.00 per day, and extra child age
1-10 $30.00 per day, when occupying same room as parent and
ordering from children's menu.
SERVICES
A 15% gratuity on the food portion of your bill is NOT included
in your quote.
WINTER
WINTER CANCELLATIONS made within 30 days of arrival
will result in full forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations
made prior to 30 days will result in a full refund less a $35.00
processing fee.
SUMMER
 SUMMER
CANCELLATIONS FOR ROOMS Cancellations made within 4 days
of arrival will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
SUMMER CANCELLATIONS FOR COTTAGES cancellations made
within 14 nights of arrival will result in full forfeiture of
your deposit.
ADDITIONAL PERSONS - Summer rates for an extra adult
are $12.00 per day. Children 12 & under stay at no charge in same room as adult.
13 and older charged as extra person at $12.00 per night.
