Island Inn offers accommodations in three lodges and several quaint cottages, each with its own particular Olde Florida charm and decor. Most have a Gulf view and all are equipped with refrigerators, telephones, irons, ironing boards, hair dryers, Internet access, wireless internet connection, cable TV, heat and air conditioning. We also offer a coffee service for all rooms. A guest computer is available for use in the Lobby.

Did you know that most hotels only change pillowcases and sheets? We also change bedspreads before each new guest arrives. Everything on your bed is fresh -- just for you!

From individuals to families and groups, we have a variety of accommodations that match your special room requirements. Click on each for a more detailed description.

KIMBALL LODGE offers spacious guest rooms with two double beds or efficiencies with one queen bed. All rooms offer gulf views, private bath, seating areas and have a screened balcony overlooking the water. Single rooms with one double bed are also available for one or two persons. There is a large sundeck on the second floor for sunbathing or watching the sunset. Elevator provides easy access to the second floor. Hospitality Room available for groups.

STARKY LODGE has extra large rooms with two double beds and a sofa bed. Including a full, eat-in style kitchen and views of the gulf through large picture windows, our rooms comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests.

MATTHEWS LODGE offers you two choices: There are rooms with king-size beds or efficiency rooms with two double beds. All rooms have a private screened balcony with a view of the water.

SANDPIPER & SEAGRAPE COTTAGES are duplex units that are popular with couples or families. Each cottage offers an option of two twin-size beds or a king-size bed with private bath. Units share a common breezeway looking out to the Gulf, but do not offer kitchen facilities.

ZEERYP COTTAGE is a large family unit accommodating up to eight people. It includes three bedrooms, two baths, a large open living room-dining area, kitchen and Florida room. This large cottage is nestled among large trees and provides both privacy and access to the beach.

PHISTER COTTAGE has two large bedrooms with a bath and a half, a spacious living room that includes a well stocked library, a couch that can be converted into a sofa bed, a fireplace, and a large screened porch with brilliant Gulf view. The cottage comes with a completely equipped kitchen and accommodates up to six guests.

MATTHEWS COTTAGE has two bedrooms with a connecting bath, a large sun drenched Florida room that includes over stuffed chairs and sofa bed. The cottage also comes with a completely equipped kitchen a generous dining area and dazzling Gulf view.

SPOONBILL COTTAGES NORTH & SOUTH are beachfront, one-bedroom duplex cottages each with two double beds. The living room and kitchen opens into a large, screened porch that provides an up close and personal view of the Gulf and sunsets. Note: These units are located less than thirty yards from waters edge. If the gentle Gulf waters lapping on the shore interfere with your sleep you may need to close your windows each night!

CONDO RENTALS
The Inn has 3 one bedroom condos and 1 two bedroom condo available for rentals. These units are brand new in our Kimball Building, recently made available for rentals. During winter season, there is a seven night minimum on these units, while during slower months, there is a three night minimum.
