Sanibel Island Beaches Top The Charts!

According to the Natural Resources Defense Council, the beaches of southwest Florida [1] are among the nations cleanest!  The clean beaches and environment on the island provide many activities  like  biking [2], shelling [3], fishing [4], bird watching [5], boating, golfing [6], and snorkeling just to name a few.

In a recent article by NBC-2.com [7] Island Inn’s manager; Chris Davison, states “the clean environment draws tons of Floridians who prefer our beaches”.

Many of these visitors come back as Jack Wert of the Collier County Convention & Visitors Bureau puts it, “Our repeat visitation is quite large. It’s in the 70% range.”
