Come celebrate the 15th year anniversary of the Bailey Matthews Shell Museum ^[1] this weekend! To kick off the celebration Bailey Matthews Shell Museum is offering FREE admission Saturday, November 20, 2010.

With more than 34 exhibits, public programs, and in-house resources Bailey Mathews Shell Museum ^[1] is a great place to not only see a huge variety of shells ^[2] but to experience, touch and learn everything about them.

The museum has many awards and accreditations. This includes being accredited by the American Associations of Museums (less than 800 of the over 17,000 museums in the country get this recognition). AAA has also rated the museum a “Gem” attraction.
