Come visit the winter residences of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. These neighboring properties are located in Fort Myers, Florida and are a spectacular walk back to bygone era. They provided these great men a place to work, relax and enjoy the company of each other loved ones and family.
Both properties are next to the Caloosahatchee River. Thomas Edison’s “Seminole lodge” was completed in 1886 and Henry Ford’s “The Mangoes” was completed in the early 1900′s.
The Thomas Edison & Henry Ford Winter Estates is open daily 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. The Estates are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
