Do you have availability for my specific dates?

Are pets allowed? Are emotional support animals allowed?

Do you rent bikes?
Yes! Island Inn guests can rent bikes from our front desk and we have plenty, so no need to make a reservation for them. Bikes are $10 for 2 hours, $13 for 4 hours, $15 for 1 day, $20 for 2 days, $25 for 3 days and $40 for 1 week.
I have a reservation and will be arriving after 5 pm. What should I do?
Just call us at 239-472-1561 or email us at [email protected] and let us know that you will be arriving after front desk hours. Be sure to reference the last name the reservation is under, confirmation number, etc. We will then email you simple instructions.
Should I rent a car? Is there an airport shuttle to Sanibel?
We do not have a shuttle and we recommend that most guests rent a car, as you really need one if staying for more than a day or so. Taxi service on the Island is limited and we really don’t have ride share services like Uber and Lyft. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 3 p.m. and Check out is 11 a.m.

How do I make a change to my current reservation?
If you booked your reservation through a 3rd party online travel agent like Expedia, Booking.com, Hotels.com, etc., you must contact them to make any modifications whatsoever. If you booked your reservation directly with the Island Inn either by calling us or through our website, then just call us between 8 am and 5 pm at 239-472-1561 and we will be sure to take care of whatever is needed.
Do I need to bring my own beach towels? Beach chairs? Umbrellas?
We have plenty of towels, so no need to bring your own. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also complimentary for our guests.
I am interested in hosting a wedding, family or group at the Inn.

Do you offer group rates for weddings or events? Discounts like AAA or AARP?

I have a current reservation and would like to send a package down for my stay.
Send the package to yourself, c/o Island Inn, 3111 W. Gulf Drive, Sanibel, FL 33957. Have package arrive the day before your arrival and we will place in your accommodation on the day of your arrival.
I want to have groceries delivered on the day I arrive.
Go to Jerry’s of Sanibel or call them at 239-472-9300. Request the order be delivered at 3 pm on the day of your arrival and be sure the last name on your hotel reservation is the same name referenced on the delivery. We will have the items placed in your accommodation once delivered.
